What Is a DTF Gang Sheet?

A gang sheet allows you to place multiple designs on a single sheet of film (logos, left chest designs, full fronts, tags, etc.) so you can:

Maximize every inch of print area
Reduce your cost per transfer
Keep designs for multiple customers or orders on one sheet

Sheet Size & Material

Sheet Size: (Example) 22" x 12" gang sheet. We charge by this size.
Print Type: Direct-to-Film (DTF) transfers
Finish: Soft hand feel with excellent stretch and durability
If you upload a size that is 21.5x30 - we will round up to the next 12 inches which will be 21.5x36. All gang sheets must be in 12" increments in the height.
Suitable For: 100% cotton, cotton/poly blends, most poly fabrics, hoodies, tees, sweatshirts, and more

(Adjust the sheet size here to match your exact size: 21.5x12, 21.5x24, 21.5x36 etc.)

File Requirements (Read Before Ordering)

To get the best results, please follow these guidelines:

File Type: PNG with transparent background
Resolution: Minimum 300 DPI
Color Profile: we will print as sent, just remember that DTF prints in CMYK
Background: Remove all unwanted backgrounds (transparent only)
Size: Set your canvas to the exact gang sheet size you’re purchasing
Ready-to-Print: We print exactly what you upload – we do not resize, edit, or clean up artwork unless you purchase design services separately

How It Works

We Print & Ship We print your sheet on commercial-grade DTF equipment and ship it to you.
You Press & Profit Cut out the individual designs, press them onto your garments, and sell to your customers.

Turnaround Time

Standard turnaround: 2 business days (after receiving a correct, print-ready file)
Larger quantities may add time
Rush options may be available—message us before ordering if you have a hard deadline

Custom/Print-on-Demand Item: Because these are printed to your specifications, all gang sheet sales are final.
We are not responsible for low-quality prints caused by low-resolution or incorrectly prepared files.
